Memorial Box

I built this memorial box for a co-worker, who inquired for something to put a leash, collar and ashes of a dear family pet.


A simple oil finished accents the Sycamore and Black Cherry. The paw print was an excellent idea from my wife, which I fashioned out of Walnut. 

The bottom is a single piece of pine, fielded and set into a groove.
